עבודת תחקיר ומסע ארכיוני רחב היקף קדמו ליצירתו של מיצג הפתיחה במוזיאון האצ״ל, המגולל את סיפור הארגון מראשית דרכו ועד להשתלבות הלוחמים בצבא הגנה לישראל. עדו בר-טל, נכד לאחד מלוחמי האצ״ל, מציג בפני המבקרים את אבני הדרך החשובות בתולדות הארגון, את מנהיגיו ואת מעשי הגבורה וההקרבה של לוחמיו האמיצים, שלקחו חלק כה חשוב בתהליך כינון עצמאותנו. 2019
